Terms of Service

Curbwrench is shop-management software for mobile mechanics: customers, vehicles, jobs, estimates, invoices, inspections, and payment recording. We provide it “as is” and work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
• You must be running a legitimate business and use Curbwrench lawfully.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own tax filings.

• The trial is 30 days, no credit card required.
• Plans are month-to-month. No annual contract, no lock-in.
• You can cancel any time. There is no hidden cancellation flow and no penalty — when you cancel, you stop being billed at the end of the current period.
• You can export your data at any time, including on the way out.

If you enable Stripe, you are the merchant of record for charges to your customers. Stripe processes those payments under its own terms and takes its own processing fees. Curbwrench does not hold your funds.

You own the business data you put into Curbwrench. We claim no ownership of it. We use it only to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Don’t use Curbwrench to break the law, send spam, or harass anyone.
• Don’t attempt to breach security, scrape other tenants, or reverse-engineer the service.
• We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.

To the extent the law allows, Curbwrench is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
